		<description>That is a super cool analogy! I love that he said as teachers we should be trying to send our students home with more chips than they came with. It is something to keep in mind as we move into the teaching profession. I think that people often forget how good a simple compliment can make one feel. It doesn&#039;t take much to tell someone they did a great job or they have really improved in something. Awesome post!</description>
